| Paymon Shokoohi was hired in 2007 as the first Business Continuity and Risk Management (BCRM) Center Program Assistant for the FSBDCN State Director’s Office. Working under the Assistant State Director, he assists with the BCRM program to ensure that Florida businesses have the education, training and assistance needed to minimize losses and increase survivability when affected by natural and/or man made disasters. He works first hand with the Mobile Assistance Centers to ensure they are prepared for deployment in the event of a disaster. Previously, Paymon lived in Memphis TN where he worked with the City of Memphis Public Library System as Volunteer Coordinator and Events Coordinator. Prior to that, he was an office manager for a small company in Memphis and also served as a reserve firefighter for 3 years with the City of Arlington, TN. In March of 2007, Paymon relocated to Florida. |
