Kate Hoelscher is the Assistant State Director for Programs and has been with the State Director’s Office for 20 years. She is responsible for programmatic operations of the SBDC program and specialized programs of the Network including proposal preparation, new program development, quality improvement program reviews, reporting oversight, liaison with funding agencies, statewide professional development, strategic planning and legislative relations. She has a Master of Public Policy and Administration from Mississippi State University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Connecticut.
