James Gray is a part-time IT Technician working with Jerald Jackson, IT Manager. He is formerly with Pensacola Junior College as the Academic Computer Lab Technician. His primary duties are network connectivity, data backup, hardware and software maintenance, updating, troubleshooting and general technology assistance for the SDO staff.
