| Dr. Dianne Barlar is the FSBDCN Director of Marketing and Development following her assignment as director of the FWB Campus and all off campus locations for the University of West Florida. As a faculty member in the college of business, her position as director of marketing and development for the SDO is a natura. With over 30 years at the university, she is charged with generating revenue for the SDO and to oversee and develop a network-wide Marketing Plan and marketing initiatives. Due to her leadership, the Network now has a consistent logo for all regions and offices across Florida. In 2007 she coordinated the Network’s Strategic Planning Retreat in Orlando. Among her many accomplishments and awards, Barlar was the President of the GFWB COC in 2001; received the University Distinguished Teaching Award over four times while at UWF; was named the prestigious UWF Distinguished Alumnus Award in 2002 ; and was inducted into the Okaloosa Women’s Hall of Fame. She was selected by the SBA to represent the Southeastern Region as the Women’s Advocate for the SBA in 2003. She serves on the Workforce Board for Region 2, the ARC of Santa Rosa, and the Santa Rosa COC Board. | |||
